LooLa Adventure Resort

It was so peaceful and wonderful to be surrounded in nature. The team went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Staff were lively and friendly and our bonfire on the last night was a real highlight. Our teen boys loved all of the activities on offer- so great to get them off their phones!

Lots of mosquitoes and insects, but a given considering how close to nature you are. Staff provided repellent and kindly took us to a pharmacie to get antihistamine.

We love Elsa and Jasri and all the team!! If you want to choose the best resort in Bintan go to LooLa, please.

I don’t understand this question, it is perfect!

There are many outdoor activities suitable for children and teenagers here. The staff have taken meticulous safety measures, which makes the participants feel at ease. The accommodation faces the sea, allowing you to watch the sunrise in the morning. It's a great place to go kayaking to see the mangroves. In the afternoon, the area turns into a tidal flat, perfect for beachcombing. At night, you can gaze at the stars over the sea and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. If you are looking for five-star service, this might not be the best choice for you. But if you want to get close to nature with your family or by yourself, and calm your mind, then a few days' stay at Loola would be a great option.

Generally i'm satisfied with the experience in Loola, except 1 small thing. I found "LooLa Adventure Resort has a free airport shuttle service. You can request it directly after you've booked your stay." on the FAQ session. But, finally i was told to pay the shuttle fee myself.

The activities, the friendly and encouraging vibes with staff towards kids and adults. KAyak, marine walk, sky walk and climbing were appreciated by big and small. Even did pétanque and archery. Adequate food and helpful, drove us to the medical Center to get fever médecine and pay attention to everyone safety and wellbeing

The nature is polluted by the industry around, feel sad that this little resort ecosystem is impacted. Their beach is cleaned and without plastic but the corals and marine life is suffering.
