Excellent place to stay in San Juan. Amazing rooms, hotel grounds and pool. Delicious food at the pool bar and the Laut restaurant on hotel grounds. This will be my go to hotel in PR.
An outdoor music speakers tad too loud during the day, it interferes with watching tv or doing work in the room so it was a nuisance.

It was just a great place but can get loud with people talking loud or slamming doors.
Everything was great! The food was repetitive.

The aesthetics were nice and fresh, the pool area was also fun and enjoyable.
I didn’t like that the rooms have minimal storage and don’t have hooks for your coats/ jackets for those of us traveling from cold locations.

I like the esthetics of the hotel and love the staff here they were friendly.
My entire body is covered in bites my room and was dirty upon I had to request for them to redo my bed.
