Location was great ,size of property was fantastic.
Lovely welcome pack on arrival.
Parking may be an issue for some.
A stair gate would be a good idea for people taking a dog so you could have the back door open to let the air flow through, although it was a very hot week.
And having the front windows open was very noisy due to being on the main road.

Location was great. Apartment was clean and well kept. We didn’t use the kitchen as we ate out but it was very well equipped. Washer dryer was useful.
The neighbours above were very active and heavy footed - so lots of noise throughout the evening. I would guess a couple of young children running around until c10p.m.

Great location.
Could hear tenants above walking/ making noise. Take away next doors activities have them knocking the wall in the evening when you’re in bed. No parking.
