Great location!

The hosts were kind and attentive. We appreciated the size of the apartment and the location was close to Broadway shows and Times Square. So so great!!

My group and I were pleased with this rental. The property consists of two units side by side. Price is relatively reasonable. The only two slight down sides to it is that not all the bedrooms had a/c window units and secondly that there was a neighbor complaining about loud laughing. (Its hard not to laugh out loud when your group of 12 is on vacation and having a great time) Otherwise everything else was great. The rooms were clean, check in was smooth, host was kind and attentive, plenty of towels were provided for our big group, price was reasonable, location was a few minutes walk away from times square. Cant complain.

While the apartment was in a great location, the listing failed to mention a very important detail: this is actually TWO SEPARATE UNITS. We were traveling with a small group of students and two chaperones, and we always message hosts before booking to confirm that a property will work well for our group. At no point was it disclosed that the accommodations were split into two units. There were also several maintenance issues during our stay, including water leaking from the unit above and a broken shower door. Communication with the host was slow, and we were later told that our messages had been sent to spam. One of the first messages we received from the host included instructions that if other residents in the building asked who we were, we should say we were the host's friends. This felt deceptive and was especially uncomfortable given that we were traveling with students and strive to model honesty and integrity in the values we teach every day. When we first arrived, both units had a noticeable stale kitty-litter smell, although it improved after we settled in and aired the spaces out. It may simply have been due to the units being closed up without ventilation. The biggest issue for our group, however, was the layout. With 10 people, there was no common space where we could all gather together, which created a significant challenge throughout our stay.
