The apartment was very nice. The equipment all worked well. Communication was timely and very helpful. The neighborhood has a fruit and vegetable market near the bus and metro stop. There are a few restaurants and coffee shops as well. It was very easy to take the train, metro, or bus to the city center within 10 to 20 minutes you would be there.
I did not like the dog that would bark anytime someone went up or down. If you work remote it can be a bit annoying. My only other issue was a neighbor who decided to build or hang something on the walls after 21:00. The building is concrete so it sounded as if they were in the same room. This is not the fault of the apartment just disrespect from the neighbors. It only happened one night out of seven so not bad.

The apartment is very bright during the day e perfectly dark and quiet at night to sleep well.
The elevator is really old and kind of dangerous! And the entrance of the building It doesn't give a good impression. But after enter into the apartment, everything is nice!
