The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. We were only at the property for one night and had to leave at 2am. Emmanuela made sure everything was sorted away for that and showed us how to get some coffee and snacks from the community area before we left. The property was beautiful and centrally located.
This is so minor compared to how nice the hotel was but the bedside outlets did not seem to work right. They were built into the bed and had a button to turn them on but they would not stayed turned on, meaning our devices wouldn't charge overnight so we had to use outlets far away from the bed/reach. Secondly, the hotel does offer parking but it's around the block and you have to park and pick up your own vehicle which did not seem to match the level of accommodation for other aspects of the hotel

For not knowing where to stay in Ravenna we really got lucky. Ericko was an exceptional host who served an excellent breakfast. Very clean B&B where we felt safe and was in a great location. Would stay there again without thinking twice.
Strangely enough, there wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

Excellent location in the centre of everything. Spacious room with large bed, spacious bathroom and dressing room. We loved the huge TV in our green room! Beautifully fitted. Can’t fault the bed and breakfast rooms and the staff. Loved our stay and would highly recommend for couples. The check in within the kitchen area was unique. Didn’t realise there were only three rooms. Very intimate.
Only thing was that the lift went only part way so we had to carry heavy luggage up/down a flight of stairs. Other than that it was perfect.

Absolutely everything from the stunning frescos to the most comfortable bed and our wonderful host. Breakfast was excellent also!
