Hotel Pacific Garden

I really love the location and the hotel itself is such a nice relaxing stay. The surrounding area is full of places to explore and have fun seeing what the shops have to offer. Being there around places like the Sunflower Farms and hobby shops are a couple highlights. Great food all around. With plenty of room and a quiet atmosphere I really feel like I can always come here to relax and enjoy the area to the fullest knowing I will have a wonderful place to come to and rest. Plus the price of the room was really nice. when I have gone. I've stayed twice now, and am confident in saying I look forward to coming back.

The pillows were a bit too soft. The kind of pillow that really doesn't hold the weight of one's head comfortably, so sleep can be a bit uncomfortable when sharing or not sharing pillows. Not all the rooms have microwaves, and the one I stayed in did not. Unfortunately the breakfast room also doesn't have a microwave. Other than those two things, the stay was everything else I could ask for.

It’s located inside a shopping mall and has very good restaurants and a Japanese market that you can just walk to.

The only cleaning lady didn’t use a vacuum (the floor had a lot of dust and trash since we checked in; we waited over an hour for cleaning, but the white trash was still there). She also didn't change all the sheets (she only changed the flat sheets), and she didn't provide the new towels we needed to ask for. The towels were really old-looking and yellow. I understand it’s an old hotel, but I hope cleanliness can at least be promised.

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The location and building felt safe and secure. The inner garden was absolutely lovely. The downstairs rooms each open to the garden and enjoying a cup of tea while gazing at the garden was a truly restful experience. The beds were comfortable and the room was large with plenty of storage. Bathroom was clean and brightly lit. This hotel is not fancy or modern, lol. And the room decor was pretty dated. But it was a wonderful, restful experience. The location was perfect, with a full shopping plaza with several excellent restaurants and cafes barely a few steps away. We attended the BTS concert in Inglewood and the stadium was only 15 minutes away from the hotel by surface streets. The entire weekend was a roaring success!

The bathroom looked like it was renovated so it was nice.

The interior was old, musty smell. The rugs were old and dirty. There was only one light for the room. Bed was uncomfortable.
