Beautifully set out apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and tidy. We liked that it had a nice deck. It was very close and supermarket and other shops and only a short 10 min walk to the restaurants, markets and lovely parks and river. The communication was fantastic and helpful. We would recommend this lovely apartment in Christchurch.

The Location was great. All pretty new. Bathroom and shower were excellent.
All the facilities but squeezed into small space.
I did not read all the "guff" - Steep stairs to enter room. Bed was fold out couch. which we kept on hitting - put a chair on corners to save us the pain. Room was really small - nowhere to put a suitcase - let alone 3 we were carrying for Xmas break.
Not serviced which is ok, but fresh towels would have been good rather than washing and drying them our selves.
