The lady at check-in, Tanaka, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She was so friendly, helpful, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. A lovely start to our stay!
I loved that the unit was very clean and fully equipped, it's very convenient and makes self-catering really easy
The electric blanket was not functioning well, there was no heater and it gets very cold at night so that was an inconvenience for us.
