Big balcony, 2 clean pools. Big room very clean and good bathroom. For around 550 baht a night you cannot fault it!

One positive aspect is that there is a chat service with the owner, and she is available to answer questions. However, in practice, I often found that the service did not actually resolve the problem. For example, one day I asked for help arranging a taxi and was simply told that there were no taxis available.I ended up asking another hotel nearby, which was able to arrange one without any issue.

I was quite disappointed with my stay here, particularly because I was travelling alone and expected to feel safe and comfortable. When I first arrived, I was given a room whose door had no lock, latch, or key. I was told not to worry because the door could not be opened from the outside, but I did not feel comfortable staying in a room without any way of properly securing the door. As I was travelling alone, I therefore requested to change rooms. What I found particularly disappointing was that I was charged extra for the room change, despite the fact that the original room did not provide a basic level of security. The cleanliness was another major issue. The room was full of ants and spiders from the moment I arrived. There were also a significant number of spiders in the room, and I had to kill them myself. I am allergic to spiders, so this was particularly unpleasant and made me feel very uncomfortable during my stay. The room was also not cleaned regularly. I had to specifically ask them to come and clean it, and during my three-night stay, the room was only cleaned once. For the price of the accommodation, I expected basic daily housekeeping without having to request it. The hotel also did not offer any activities during my stay, explaining that it was low season. This was quite inconvenient, especially as I only had to walk about three minutes to another hotel that was offering activities every day during the exact same period.
