Terrazza Miracoli & Spa Napoli

Everything was great, from the location to the facilities and especially the staff! They were extremely welcoming and friendly, and Antonella was fantastic, she bought eggs for us every day although this was not normally included in the breakfast items. Super kind! Everything was extremely clean, from the apartment to the common areas. The place even has a warm pool in the basement, very relaxing after a long day of walking in Napoli. And the place is close to shops and a very short walk away from the metro station at Piazza Cavour, and other local busses. Would highly recommend this place for any Napoli visit, we will definitely be back here next time we are in town.

We liked everything. The only improvement could be having a wardrobe for storing clothes inside the room.

Siamo stati 2 notti in un appartamento per 6 persone,la location è come descritta nel sito,bella,pulita e con tutto il necessario.ciliegina sulla torta,dopo una lunga giornata nel visitare la bella Napoli, c'era una bella piscina riscaldata ad attenderci.il parcheggio non c'è ovviamente,trovandosi in centro ma 200 m prima della struttura c'è un garage a pagamento(30€ al giorno) non economico ma vicino e molto gentili.ultima cosa,ma importante c'è la fermata della metro vicino(piazza cavur/museo),grazie di tutto

Piscine, terrasse, emplacement, disposition de l’hôte

Cafard dans l’appartement, propreté (appartement et piscine), bruit de la rue et des appartements autour (isolation phonique très mauvaise), de gros problèmes de compréhension entre nous l’hôte où les réponses ne correspondaient pas aux questions posées et attention, le petit déjeuner n’est pas un déjeuner mais uniquement des biscottes, de la confiture et quelques biscuits. Mauvais rapport qualité-prix
