Excellent location. The property was well equipped and comfortable. Host was very helpful in arranging parking for us when we hired a car. The issue over key handover was due to a series of misunderstandings. I am sure that this was a one-off and that the procedure is usually quick and efficient.
The accommodation overlooked a service lane used by noisy trash collection and delivery trucks early in the morning. Scheduled for key handover at 4pm, we arrived about 2.45 and left a message with the concierge that we would be back at 4pm. He phoned the greeter and the message passed on seems to have been garbled since Greeter went straight to property. When we returned at 4pm Greeter had left and only returned after concierge phoned him again. The handover of keys was VERY brief. It all worked in the end but we had to wait standing outside for half an hour. We met another greeter while she was doing a handover and her briefing was far more comprehensive.

Good value based on the great location and overall space/quality of the accommodations. Setup of apartment was ideal for my family with two children.
Would describe apartment condition as comfortably decent but not great. Host communications felt somewhat odd and impersonal ... extra charge to request early check-in (pro-rated based on how many hours early), required payment of a security deposit outside of Booking.com, had to be let into apartment unit by a "greeter" who did not seem to live onsite.
