This is a great location and overall pretty nice hotel. Bed was comfortable and decent pillows.
Did not enjoy the very large ugly stain right beside the bed. Carpets were a bit old and the bathroom a little dated.

Comfortable and spacious… Modern Vibe… very close to everything!
Nothing… a great hotel!

Staff very warm and welcoming. Great location near a range of train lines including KIX airport. A range of shopping centres close by as well as sites such as zoo and temple part of the Osaka Amazing Day (or 2 day) pass. Breakfast had a range of offerings. I liked how they featured particular Osaka dishes.
Keep in mind peak commuter times as it can get overwhelming as navigate especially with luggage out onto the footpaths from the hotel. This is not about the hotel but its surroundings.

Excellent location. Right next to the very handy Tennoji Station, and very close to some great isakayas.
The room was on the slightly smaller side. The hotel was a little bit confusing to find - it is easier to find from the 2nd floor bridge section. There is no coin laundry service, only a laundry-on-request service - something to bear in mind for those staying in Japan for a longer time!

"La situation est bonne à 5 stations de Dontonbori. L'hôtel est confortable et la literie est bonne."
