Location was wonderful
Cleanliness, thick dust on skirting and light fittings, no proper exhaust fan, a hole in the ceiling results in benches which are tiled feeling greasy & sticky, jar of cooking implements sitting on bench were sticky & grimy.
Bathroom certainly is retro!
No exhaust fan, windows don't open.
Toilet sitting position cramped by bath, would be nearly impossible for people with limited mobility.
