For Paris, the rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. In our room the window was a door that you could open.

On our last night in Paris the roof terrace closed early without notice or notification. As advertised all over their hotel and website, the terrace is open until midnight. We went up to the terrace around 5:30pm yesterday to check out the view and to alert them we would be back for the last sparkle of the Eiffel Tower - one of the best parts of the hotel. We came back to the hotel around 11:20 to find out the terrace had closed early. This terrace was one of the reasons we booked this hotel, as I am sure many do. Had we known it would close early on a Saturday we would have made other plans. During your stay they give you the option to communicate with them via WhatsApp. I think it would have been very appreciated to alert their guests that the roof was closing early. It for sure put a damper on our last night in Paris and made me consider if I will stay with them in the future. Upon check out they said they would see what happened and I have never received a follow up. The staff made it seem like because no one was at the rooftop they just closed it early, which I feel like as a hotel benefit that should not be the case.

Rooms are nicely decorated. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel rooftop bar is has a great vibe and a decent view of the Eiffel Tower. We were somewhat surprised that most other guests seemed to be French. We appreciated it not feeling like a tourist hot spot.

The tiny air conditioning unit is under powered; having to keep the windows closed and removing the duvet to get a decent night's sleep is unacceptable at this price range.
