More space than an average hotel. Nice and clean
Middle of Shinjuku with all the host clubs. A bit far walking to subway

La zona, la grandezza della stanza, i servizi
Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con il check in e con la lavatrice, però hanno risolto.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the location is great for getting to Shinjuku Station. The property is located in a less salubrious part of Shinjuku but we never felt unsafe and there were no issues walking around the area. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of the building and the room was exceptionally quiet. Noise issues won't affect sleeping and we slept well every night we were there. We would definitely consider staying here if we're ever in Tokyo again.
It would have been nice for there to have been some washing up liquid, a sponge, and cloths as we had to buy these in order to clean the cutlery and crockery. Also, it would have been good to have instructions in English on how to use the washing machine. Considering how many pages of the instructions were devoted to the recycling of waste, a simple one page overview referring to the washing machine would have been very helpful.

location, elevators advantage, home space enough.
should be cleaner sheets, shampoos was so bad, maybe different brand would better.
