Everything
Nothing like that

Great location for what I needed which was a stay close to the airport.
The property was clean, warm and comfortable.
I wasn’t sure if there were other people in the building. Maybe a sign that informs guests who else might be there would be helpful, so that we can be aware of how much noise we’re each making! But that is being very nitpicky. I really was comfortable here.

Spotlessly clean, the house was very comfortable and easy self check in.
It is extremely close to the airport which is handy but not particularly close to Queenstown centre so a car is recommended.
The cost for a room with a shared bathroom was quite high

The property aesthetically was lively, very clean and well kept. The shared living area was cold though as there wasn’t any heating.
There was no noise batting between the rooms so you could hear everything at all hours it didn’t make for a comfortable sleeping environment, especially with inconsiderate guesting in other rooms making noise up until midnight both nights of our stay. I had messaged the owners the morning of our first visit to let them know about the noise issue as I hardly had any sleep, expecting them to inform the other guests. However they were as loud the next night and I had to call at 11:45pm about to complain about the noise yet again.
