The facilities in the main area are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They are all really friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and the choices are also very good. The electric blanket was a nice touch as it can get cool in the evenings when you are so high up.
It would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room, but I know any food is an attraction for bears. There is plenty of free coffee in the main area though.

The breakfast and dinner were excellent! The view and scenery was amazing. I will stay Under Canvas again for sure.

Novelty of the experience. Bed with heated mattress pad. Striking design. Friendly if amateurish staff.
Cold. Inadequate heating in public spaces, dining under a blanket. No heating in bathroom. Parking 10 minutes distant. Golf cart transport from parking was erratic due to understaffing. Construction noise. Traffic noise from trucks on highway. No security for access to tent. A hardened camper would probably enjoy the place, except for the exorbitant price.
