Wonderful apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent — close to shops, cafés, and, most importantly, the beautiful beaches. The bus station is also nearby, which made it very easy and convenient to explore the area using local public transport.

We love the area as it’s away from the strips but a short walk to all, including Americas or towards Puerto Colon, Fanabe etc. Less than 5 min walk to Playa Bobo which is one of our favourites. Apartment is perfect. Very clean, bottle of wine to welcome you and gorgeous view. Bed really comfy and overall the building and the pool etc are kept well.
It was really really warm when we were there (mid Sep 26) so AC would have been amazing. Trying to get ready or sleep in over 30 degrees is tricky! There’s a fan in the bedroom which is fine and a smaller one which could do with being a lot bigger and taller. Very small thing and we knew booking it didn’t have AC but could be a good addition to what is a super rental.

Die Übergabe war unkompliziert. Die Wohnung und auch die ganze Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Der Meerblick mit Sonnenuntergang, ein Traum! Die Wohnung ist fast noch besser, als man von den Fotos erwartet.
Zum Teil sehr laute Umgebung.

Location is really good. Host was very welcoming and made sure we had a comfortable stay.
Clean apartment with good view of the sea.
Overall, all was good experience.
Could do with a standing fan on a very hot day...Ceiling fan was not powerful enough to cool.
