Location is about 8min walk to the nearest subway or bus station. But if you ride a Hachiko bus, you will be dropped off in front of the building. That’s what we like most.
The layout of the interior since it doesn’t have a decent dining area. The couch part can be converted to a 4-seater dining table so guests can eat properly. (Just my 2cents😊)

This was an affordable location close to the areas we wanted to visit. The owners were very accommodating with bag storage and the staff were extremely kind and understanding.
The beds were a little tight, but perfect for a group of friends or a family - my advice is to put people with the biggest bladders on the back beds.
