The apartment was just like in the pictures. It was very well cleaned and well furnished. It has a perfect location and everything is easily accessible. We were pleasantly surprised to notice that despite some street noise (which was to be expected considering how central it is) the windows did a great job soundproofing everything - im very sensitive to noise when i sleep and i had no issues whatsoever. Tania was very responsive and helpful if we had any questions.
The hallway (not shown in the photos) in the building is not the prettiest but honestly to me it was a non issue - the apartment is in a historic building right in the heart of Como and has great value for money - you'll be too charmed by all the beautiful sights to care about it :)

La posizione era ottima, esattamente in centro.
La struttura era attrezzata e curata. L’appartamento era ampio e in ordine.
Indicazioni di check in e check out chiare
Avrei migliorato la pulizia e la manutenzione dei mobili della camera da letto
Per il resto tutto bene

Location was good - in the old town
One window wouldn't close and the electric hob didn't work for part of the time. There were no manuals for the devices.
