Beautiful property directly on the beach! The photos don't do it justice, it's even better in person! Parking was super easy with the garage. We only needed it for two cars, but it would've fit four. The back patio is an absolute dream. You can sit on the rocking chairs, watching the waves roll in all day long. If you go out at night, you have an excellent view of the stars since the locals are so good about using minimal light because of the turtles. There were a few things that needed fixing that we noticed upon check-in, but I messaged the host and everything was fixed by the world's friendliest handyman within 24 hours! We had a great stay and absolutely fell in love with Surf City! Thank you, Nikki for making my son's first vacation a wonderful one! He might not remember it, but we have the most amazing pictures of him thanks to your beautiful beach house!

We stayed 6-28-2026 until 7-4-2026. I received the check-in code before check-in time. There are 2 parking spots in front of the garage and 4 in the garage. In the garage there was a gas grill and charcoal grill, washing machine and dryer, and an assortment of beach toys. On the ground level, same as the garage, there is a full bath. There are stairs outside and spiral stairs inside going to the main level. On the main level there is a master bed/bath, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom above the garage. The kitchen, dining area, and family room are an open area. Facing the beach is a sunroom with a sliding door that leads to the deck and a bedroom with a wall of windows facing the beacch. The spiral stairs go into the beach bedroom. There was a baby gate and a few board games. In the kitchen there was a coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot. I may have missed a small appliance or two. Spacious deck with nine steps leading to the sand. The house was perfect for us and the host was extremely responsive. The pictures do not do this house justice. The house wad clean and well organized.

Overall stay and location were fine. Unfortunately I did have a few issues with lights, plumbing, and front door code lock and was told that nothing could be done until after the stay. The grill was falling apart and should be removed immediately. The porch also has quite a few weak spots and holes that need to be addressed ASAP. I appreciate their accepting of dogs but the sun room smelled heavily of dog pee and had to mop it the first day I arrived.
