Que al hacer el check in, tengan la política de pagar extra por daños que pudieran ocurrir y la aplicación de booking no lo mencione en ningún momento, la primera noche me llamaron para decirme que estaba haciendo demasiado ruido y ni siquiera estaba en el apartamento, hubo una tormenta en Barcelona y se entró el agua en el área de lavandería, escribí y nunca me contestaron ni lo llegaron a evaluar, la ubicación es tranquila y hay un ferrocarril cerca, pero no empieza a funcionar tan temprano.

We stayed in this three-bedroom apartment in Barcelona and, overall, had a good experience. The apartment was very clean and provided plenty of space for our group. There were several things that could be improved, but nothing that would necessarily prevent me from staying here again. A few things future guests should know: the toaster requires you to hold the button down continuously to make toast. The toilet in the first bathroom on the left is not stable, and there was also a water leak/staining on the ceiling that should be addressed. The early check-in policy was a little disappointing. Even when the apartment is available before 3:00 PM, they want to charge an additional fee to allow you to check in early. The electronic door lock worked most of the time, but it was intermittent and occasionally didn’t respond as expected. The building does have two elevators, which is convenient, but both are extremely small—about the size of a refrigerator box—so they can be a little challenging if you have several people or a lot of luggage. A few small amenities would also make a big difference. Providing a starter roll of toilet paper and a few additional towels would be appreciated, especially for a three-bedroom apartment. The pillows were very hard, and unfortunately, we didn’t find the beds particularly comfortable. That said, the apartment was clean, spacious, and in a good location for our needs. While there are definitely some things that could be improved, the positives outweighed the negatives for us. Overall, I would stay here again if I were back in the Barcelona area.

Apartamentul este situat într-o zonă liniștită, superbă. Am fost impresionați de cât de spațios și confortabil a fost, curățenie impecabilă de asemenea. Recomandăm cu încredere familiilor numeroase.
