The property is on a great location, very nice and clean, The host was great, very helpful, very responsive, and very helpful.

Smooth check in process, ability to leave luggage if arriving before check in or leaving later than check out. The payment for booking (cash) was flexible on using GEL/USD/EURO. Room was comfortable. Very bright and large with tall ceilings! The balcony was perfect and there’s a rooftop area to see all of Batumi! The area is walkable to most everything. Some reviews mentioned weekends were loud but with the windows closed we personally didn’t experience any issues with that. Daniel is an actual angel!! He has great recommendations, is ultra communicative & even called to make a reservation at a different restaurant for us after realizing the original one wasn’t open. Additionally we experienced a medical emergency during our stay and he was beyond helpful and caring. It felt like having a family member in a country where you don’t speak the language or know anyone! I can’t say thank you enough!

Wonderful little apartment in exactly the right area to stay in Batumi. We met Daniel upon our arrival who was remarkably helpful with EVERYTHING. Sitting on the terrace having a beer with him meant not only could we learn lots about the city but we also got to enjoy his company along with the best view in Batumi. And it truly is. Very highly recommend staying here if you're in town.

Кондиционер у нас не работал в ужасную 30ти жару, но еще хуже, что починить его пришли в 22.30 и об этом никто не спросил - будет ли мне удобно в такое время. А я сказала что буду спать и давайте перенесем на завтра уже, хозяйка начала кричать, мол мы уже заплатили деньги мастеру и когда я уже легал спать несколько раз стучали в дверь, мол открой - мы будем разбираться с кондиционером. 🙃 Кроме того, из туалета и душа пахло сыростью в номере, а также огроменный тараканище встретил меня в ванной. Да, есть веранда на крыше, но там нет ничего типа столиков или какого-то оборудованного приятного места, где можно посидеть , просто крыша).
