Nice, modern, clean home. Private and comfortable. Would suit a small family or a few friends (provided it was for a quiet get away) kitchen was fairly well equipped.
Large cleaning fee
Not walking distance to anything

The location, close to Maroochydore and Mooloolaba shopping centres and beach. The pool area was also well appointed.
Noise from neighbours arguing, traffic noise alright in the day very loud at night. Remote for air conditioning in main bedroom wouldn’t work , air conditioning filters full of dust, master bed was broken., ants all over the kitchen benches. The property has locked gates but if someone has the code they can walk straight into the back yard which happened and scared myself and annoyed myself husband .Not as private as we thought.
