Great facilities, inc washing machine and coffee machine, and good security. Straight, frequent and cheap tram to the heart of the city taking about 20 minutes. Friendly owner/manager.
A bit of noise from loud passers-by or loiterers outside building near unit, so kept windows shut and locked. Air-conditioner was loud — am told it will be looked at. There was a tower fan that was a more-than-adequate substitute.
