Nice Location. Property was clean and well stocked. Bed was comfortable. Washer/dryer and other appliances worked well.

Property was stuffy as all the windows faced one side of the unit, so there was no airflow for the 5 nights we stayed when the weather was mostly quite pleasant except for 1.5 days of rain. They provide a few stand up oscillating fans. The one in the bedroom is a bit noisy, but we used it as we needed to circulate the air and found that the noise masked the other tenants and denizens of the private alley. Host is an AI bot that did not provide instructions on how to exit the property via a secure gate- by pushing a button that looked like the doorbell to another apartment pretty far away from locked gate. When we were locked in and texted the bot for help (the only way to contact the host), it gave us entry information, not exit info. Fortunately, some women exited 5 minutes later - while we were waiting for the bot to get help- and showed us the exit button. There was a lot of garbage on the street just outside the gate all 5 days we were there, a lot more than in front of other properties in Paris. We would have appreciated a bit more toilet paper; but managed with the 1.5 small rolls they left us for our 5 day stay-thanks to our own emergency supplies, we packed. Check out is 11AM exactly- not 1 second more. We asked for a late check out the night before our check out day. The host bot advised us to ask again the day of the check out. So we asked again at 8AM, the bot-host then auto denied the request-claiming the property was rented the next day, and they needed to clean between 11AM-3PM. Surely they could have told us the night before when we originally asked? The laundry cleaning crew guy rang the doorbell at 11AM exactly on the day of check out- 15 seconds before we would have left- at 15 seconds past 11AM. This rental is not cheap. It would have been nice if the one real person in this operation could have waited 1 minute, to 11:01 to enter. So although it's a nice unit, we left with a bad taste. We're guessing that the bot doesn't care.

Everything was perfect, except for baby cot the provided a high chair for feeding which was not a case in any other places i have stayed. The kitchen was amazing as well! Located in an excellent neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bakeries and markets and great subway access.

お風呂のお湯がすぐに出なくなり、　冷たいシャワーでかなり辛かった。だいたい、15分くらいでお湯が出なくなります。3人で泊まっていたので、3人全員、お湯でシャワーをあびるのは不可能です。
