The location was perfect and the room was so clean and nice. The owners recommended wonderful places to visit, eat, and drink. They got back to me right away when I messaged them.
Nothing.

Location cannot be beat (just at the edge of the ZTL and steps from great restaurants, bars, and historic sites), host was super friendly and helpful, bed super comfy, bathroom super luxurious (the tub has massage jets and there's an extensible laundry drying line)
Parking nearby can be tough—upon arrival, I had to drive around 15mins before something freed up; a second time, I spent 30mins zig-zagging around the streets, before finally throwing in the towel and paying for a garage.

Very good location right in the old town. Well furnished. Good air conditioning. Very clean. Good full sized shower. Host very responsive and helpful.
WiFi was unreliable, not good/stable enough to watch netflix or do a video call. You will need to leave an extra ~10€ as a tourist tax when you check out. 2 sets of pillows - one very hard and one very soft which might not be your thing. The room leads directly onto a small alleyway, with only the door and shutters between you and the street (although very secluded alley) so a lone female traveler might not feel totally safe.
