great authentic room, cozy, everything you might need was there (hot water, everything was clean, cozy, books, Kettle, cups, refrigerator, hygiene amenities.).
Wi-Fi did not work in our room.It probably needs a Wi-Fi repeater/booster; I saw there was wi-fi, but the signal didn't reach our room.

The room is just beautiful. Spacious even.
The walk into town is pleasant... maybe 8 minutes if you don't stop... the walk back is longer as it is uphill but it is just about the instant you realise it is hard work that you arrive so that is perfect in its own way.
You must be prepared to face a lot of steps with your suitcase... think of it as part of the Dubrovnik experience.
The WIFi was terribly slow. It really crawled and made watching videos pretty useless.

Odnowiony budynek z 1901 roku z elementami z epoki. Piękne kafelki w holu a na tarasie stół z krzesłami - można było wypocząć po wędrówkach. Widok z okna w dużej sypialni na fort (dokładnie jak na zdjęciu profilowym - fantastyczny), mury miejskie oraz zielone ogrody. Klimatyzacja, ładnie urządzony salonik. Bardzo blisko bez konieczności pokonywania ogromu schodów minimarket i piekarnia.
W dużej sypialni zepsuta okiennica nie pozwalała zasłonić okna wychodzącego na budynek po drugiej stronie ogrodu. Co ograniczało prywatność. Nie dało się jej zablokować i skrzypiała przy podmuchach wiatru - akurat trafiliśmy na wietrzne noce z burzami, więc trudno było zasnąć.
