The staff helped us and were very friendly. I absolutely loved the bathtub and the beds were so comfortable. We were fortunate to have the outside patio where we could picnic. The welcome information was so helpful.

Superb hotel in the heart of Edinburgh.
++ For the staff. Could let the luggage in the hotel even after checkout to be able to visit the city before leaving.

The room was large and the bathroom was very nice.
The room had glasses and spoons for our use but these were not washed or replaced. Simply replaced on the tray.
