Great location with beautiful traditional houses mostly of Victorian time. No breakfast was included. Walking distance to the town centre.
My door lock code kept playing, it took a few trying every time to open the entrance door. It was stressful and upsetting. I did report to the hosts but they didn’t believe in spite of my two videos I recorded and sent to them.

Cheap and very central in Burnley. So it helps to be close to the train station.
The mattress was damaged. Burnley area is full of rubbish so not the cleanest area.
