It is well situated
The staff were rude and inefficient. Breakfast can only be described as chaotic. No cups for hot drinks, not enough cutlery, dirty uncleared tables, and a staff member who didn't care and was really rude to guests. The male receptionist was obviously also trained in the same way.and was unwelcoming . We had travelled in a group of 10 mature adults and unlike other places we visited where the Georgian hospitality was wonderful, this hotel made every effort to make us feel unwelcome

Современный отель, замечательный персонал, все удобства в номере. Завтраки неплохие, был кофе в термосах.
Плохая звукоизоляция со стороны улицы. Плохо сливалась вода в душе.

Расположение недалеко от старого города
Чисто, аккуратно
Удобная большая кровать и матрас
1. Раковина засорена - вода плохо спускалась
2. Подсветка балконов, которая шарашии ночью в окна номеров. Блекаут шторы надо приставать скотчем к стенам, чтобы спастись от света.
3. Музыка, вопли, смех с улицы по ночам
4. Неудобный пульт от телевизора
