Fairly new property in excellent condition. Well designed with good facilities. Nice gym and I appreciated the free laundry machines. It's a great location with CS Fresh supermarket downstairs and many restaurants, shops and bars on the doorstep. I would be happy to stay here again.
The "free breakfast" is rudimentary - just three sugary cereal options, boxes of fruit juice and yoghurt and bakery items. The only time I tried one it was inedible. But at least there's a decent coffee machine. Better to buy your own breakfast foods at CS Fresh.

Its location.
The room furniture; a table which can double up as a dining/work table with two chairs.

Breakfast is just grab and go, just right for Singapore (as there are plenty of breakfast options).
All great: co-working area, laundry area, gym, outdoor mall literally outside, transportation options (train, bus, car pickup).
The room's a little tight, but that was part of the deal offering I suppose.
