A sunny and spacious apartment with views of a parking structure, an empty lot, and the modern cityscape in the distance. It nonetheless proved to be a quiet space. Conveniently located near a Lidl supermarket, and an easy, flat walk to the ferry to Tallinn.

The mattress, pillows, and bed linens were uncomfortable, and the duvets were too warm for the room in early September. No lighter queen-sized blanket or pillow alternatives were available. The bedroom had a slightly unpleasant odor. In addition, the bedroom windows only open narrowly onto the enclosed balcony, so it was difficult to ventilate and cool down the space at night with fresh air. There was only one nightstand, and no bedside lamps -- simply a ceiling light. Eye masks were needed because of the early-morning light.

Es ist eine ausgesprochen praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einem neuen Wohnkomplex, der gerade noch erweitert wird. 9.Stock, mit Lift!, weiter Blick über die Stadt! Ruhige Lage, mit allen nötigen Details: Kühlschrank, Herd, Wasseroberfläche, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, und ein geräumiger, windgeschützter Balkon, ach ja, und TV! Mit Straßenbahn und Bus schnell in der Innenstadt (15 Minuten Fahrt). Schnelle und sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin!

Da gab es nichts! Dass da noch gebaut wird in der Nachbarschaft, das passiert auch in Helsinki an vielen Stellen! Es gab aber keinen Baulärm!

It was very tidy and clean. The location is perfect near shops, good restaurants etc. Complete kitchen with everything we needed. We liked this place a lot. Very easy and fast communication with the owner. Top notch.

We enjoyed this very quiet neighbourhood. The residence is also very peaceful. The view is unobstructed and the flat is bright. The tram station is very close by and the city centre is only a few stops away.
