It was ideal for our sisters get together so central to the theatres and public transport right at our door. The staff were excellent and very helpful. It was an easy check in/ out. Thank you for hoisting our trip.

The location & level of apartment was great, the best. The instructions on arrival were a little difficult, but we realised we were given photos, which we found later. Chloe was very pleasant to communicate with. All lights were on when we arrived & ambient music, which was very nice.
I read all the reviews before booking, a lot focused on the cosy, ambience of the apartment, I personally found it too cutesy for me, too many low hanging lights (i'm not tall), fur bedheads. The photos gave a more polished view of the apartment. We also found the cleanliness not as expected, floor rugs, kitchen bench & fridge not cleaned.
