Place was clean and quiet. Location was close to a lot of amenities and the owner was friendly.
No complaints.

Centrally located, well equipped rooms, off streets parking, very reasonably priced, friendly host, nice common areas.
Second time I had experience where front door key would not work to let me out. Makes one feel trapped. The room I was in has an awkward shower glass arrangement. No plug point for kettle where it is placed.

This was not my first stay at Guesthouse Grace At The Bay, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. The hosts are always so welcoming, kind and helpful. The guesthouse is exceptionally clean, comfortable and well cared for, which makes it feel like a home away from home. I also really appreciate the secure parking on the property, which gives great peace of mind. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
Nothing really

The physical facilities of the property are excellent and very good value for the price
The checking in process was disastrous. The hosts were not there to receive me, even after demanding a specific time for me to check in, their assistant lady went off without ensuring I was properly looked after and the key to the front door didn’t work and I was locked out for nearly an hour before the hosts subsequently arrived. This was very upsetting which is why I’m not giving a good score overall.
