The river view and the coziness of the place.
Any person bigger than me will not be able to get to your place through the tiny passage.Elderly people will alsi struggle to reach the room. The place is not wheelchair friendly. My suggestion would be to vreate another entrace to the room if possible.Otherwise fantastic little place.

Location was excellent, with stunning views, and nice outside area.
Parking difficult, and entrance not ideal, narrow alleyway.

Absolutely stunning location on the beach. Quite private.
The house upstairs had guests who were extremely loud. You can hear every footstep, the bath upstairs etc and it didn't help that they had little kids screaming at 7am. The place needs some tlc. There is mould and some handyman work needs to be done.

The stairs that allow access. Narrow passage and it was not mentioned at all in ad.
We are elderly and my wife has difficulty with walking thus the stairs limited our ability to go around as we would have liked to do. The property is still in the restoration phase with half the power outlets not working.
It is clear that the owner wants to improve and we wish him luck.
