They made a cock up with the booking but wwnt over and above and found somewhere else for us and gave us a refund as well as paying for the alternative accomdation. Once we arrived the next day the property was immaculate

There were more beds and bathrooms than advertised. Comfy beds clean rooms.
There weren't enough crockery and glasses for the number of occupants. The shower pull cord was hanging off the ceiling. There were gaps in the bathroom tiling and the bath needs sealing. There was no dining table and only 2 bar stools for 6 people. Bathroom plug didn't pop up. This property needs a kitchen inventory and a maintenance programme to make it safe as part of staircase had no handrail.

The location is excellent for supermarkets, macdonalds etc
The description is wrong, its not 4 minutes from the NEC, its 15 minutes drive time
