Check-in was very easy and smooth at reception. The customer service was excellent, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, providing all the information and details we needed for our stay. There is also a comfortable seating area, water for guests, and a snack machine available while you wait.

The parking area in front is quite small, and finding a spot can be difficult during the busy season. You may have to park farther away, but I always felt safe walking back late at night. It’s more of an inconvenience than a major issue. However, the owner did not provide sufficient supplies for our seven day stay. We were given only two rolls of toilet paper, two dishwasher tablets, two washing machine detergent sachets, and two trash bags, along with no cleaning supplies such as floor cleaning detergent.

A very modern, clean, studio flat with air conditioning. It had great facilities - hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle (everything you need to cook lunch/dinner). There is easy access to the swimming pool (open 10:00-21:00), which is extremely clean and very well kept and perfect for children (the sunbeds are €4 each, a day). Contact from the host was great, with easy instructions to follow to get into the apartment. The location is fab, with access to lots of restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops within walking distance. We got the train from the airport to the apartment, then we got a taxi on the way home. It is really easy to navigate getting around and everyone is very helpful. The sea/promenade is also walking distance (however there is a big hill to tackle on the way back). This is the perfect little place for a small family, we would certainly recommend it and we will hopefully return again.

Very little. The only thing was that the flat is on the 10th floor, so very high up, so we did not let our little one on the balcony at all. Perhaps they could think about installing a netting or mesh/fake flowers to cover the gaps on the bars. Otherwise a great little find - thank you!

The location is really good, there is a cafe on site and the pool is really nice, I love the 24 hour reception which made me feel safe and it was good to have someone to help me
