Great location.
Excellent communication with host.
Spacious apartment.
Comfy beds.
Non-critical furniture(terrace chairs, a lamp, vacuum cleaner) might need an update. Important/ critical furniture was great.

The apartment was clean; however there was a smell of artificial fragrance. If you are sensitive to that, then ask the host to remove the artificial fragrance before you arrive.
I was told that I would receive a message within 2 hours of the check-in time. I did not receive that message so I had to message the host. They responded immediately.
