Інколи не було гарячої води (в номері, і слабо прогрівався пару днів басейн на даху в корпусі D). Друга частина фільму у Event Hall постійно зависала.

The balcony was pretty useless (no roof and neighbors' balconies are too close for comfort) but it depends on the room

Чистота, комфорт
Величезний готельний комплекс і лише 6 зарядних станцій для електромобілів!
Окрема історія — ресторан і його «лимонад» за 1300 грн за літр. За ці гроші принесли графин, практично повністю наповнений льодом, а самого лимонаду — приблизно пів склянки. На зауваження офіціант абсолютно серйозно відповів: «У нас така подача». Тобто за 1300 грн ви фактично купуєте літр льоду з невеликим бонусом у вигляді лимонаду. 😊
Ціни в ресторані загалом дуже високі, але за такої вартості очікуєш відповідної якості, кількості продукту та рівня сервісу. На жаль, у цьому випадку ціна абсолютно не відповідає тому, що отримує гість.
