Not recommended epically for long stays
- The staff allowed us to pay after entering Jordan because we were worried about paying in advance, encountering an entry problem at the border, and losing our booking money.
- The bed mattress was very comfortable.
- The apartment is conveniently located near many restaurants and Montana Tourism, a company offering local trips and excursions.
- Good refrigerator and microwave both appliances worked very well.
- The wardrobe was in good condition, clean, and fitted with interior LED lighting that gave it a nice appearance.
- The terrace was particularly lovely around sunrise, although it definitely needs to be cleaned properly.
- The apartment had a musty smell, especially from the bedding, which was only replaced the next day. Staff blamed rain, and damp, musty patches were visible on the walls.
- A neighboring school caused noise in the mornings, while evening football games also disturbed the peace.
- The iron was poor quality, and its steam button did not work.
- The washing machine stopped because it could not drain, trapping our young daughter's clothes inside. We rinsed them by hand, but staff took two days to replace it despite our urgent requests.
- The terrace was dusty, and its wall-mounted drying rack was broken, though a small alternative was available. The bedroom terrace shutter cover fell down, creating a serious safety risk.
- Cleaning supplies were almost nonexistent; only a bathroom squeegee was provided.
- The kitchen lacked utensils and a cooking pot
- There were no rugs, carpets, or prayer mats.
- The TV was extremely slow, had no satellite receiver, and YouTube was frustrating to use. Its remote had no batteries, so we borrowed them from the AC remote.
- Staff responded slowly on WhatsApp. We were just 15 minutes away by taxi and still had no check-in instructions, making arrival stressful.
- The door could be opened from outside, and only one key was provided, requiring manual locking with the key.
- The bathroom floor drained poorly, black stains marked the tiles, the drain cover had to be removed by hand, and the door had no inside lock.
- We requested a 4 PM late check-out due to our later flight. Staff initially refused despite our arrival at around 3 AM, then agreed after our washing machine complaint. On departure day, they asked us to leave at the original time and demanded an extra 15 JOD despite the agreement. They eventually waived it, but the cleaning staff repeatedly knocked, even after the matter was settled, causing unnecessary stress.
- With so many problems, I wanted to cancel on the first day, but the booking was non-refundable.
