Wonderful, amazing concept. Stunning location. Excellent staff. Amazing restaurant, best food during our 4 week trip to Crete.
We were there for 3 nights. The weather was not great and we struggled to stay warm. There was a fireplace but the first night there was no wood. We requested wood the next morning but there was never enough to keep the fire going for more than 4 or 5 hours at a time (so it was out in the morning). We were without hot water one morning and without power the next. We have lived off the grid and understand the challenges. However, for the price (our room was USD$230 a night) we should have at least been warm. Expensive by any standard and absurd when you are freezing and can't take a shower because the room is too cold and there is no hot water. Again, many things to like about this property but comfort was not one of them.

Breakfast was excellent. Breakfast Staff was fabulous.
Internet was sketchy at times is the only thing I have to say that was not great.
