Good central location, well equiped, and perfectly reflective on the description and photos.
Experienced some difficulties communicating via the booking.com platform prior to establish check-in time but was resolved using WhatsApp.

Apartament jest wybitny, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Ma dwie łazienki więc świetnie. Ładnie urządzony, w dobrej lokalizacji. Bardzo miły właściciel. Super polecamy!

The owner of the property was very helpful plus the location was very good in regards accessing the main atrractions of Cagliari; the rooms were spacious and clean but it isn't an accommodation if you have difficulty negotiating 3 flights of stairs with any amount of luggage
There was no kettle the kitchen cooking facilities were not what we anticipated plus limited in what you could have in the flat. We had to inform the owner about the excessive noise being made from his teenage children late at night they should show more consideration to any paying guests within these apartments as we were not the only ones being disturbed during our stay.
