Breathtaking views, beautiful outdoor space, great climate control (ac and shutters), quiet with the shutters, off street parking is very helpful, perfect kitchen space for our needs, easy walk down into the center of Cassis, great restaurants in town, and close to a super market up the road (very helpful with the baby)
Stairs were known but a little tough with baby and grandparents, stairwell also had a damp and mouldy smell (not the fault of the owners, it’s more the building admin), but overall these were not a problem in the apartment.

Good location with great view from the terrace!
Old, outdated building, bad smell in the starcase and generally more wear and tear than it appears on pictures. For the high price paid, we expected higher standard.
