The staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious and we were upgraded to a King size single bed without even asking, which was very nice. The underground parking was a bit of a surprise but nice to know that my vehicle was protected from the elements whenever parked. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurant which had reasonable prices, the food was very average, which was fine. Not close to anything within walking distance so needed to drive to get anything. Overall, for the price, it was a very good value.

Upon arrival the room we were given had the slightest issue in the bathroom that wouldn’t have impeded on our stay yet the customer service was so amazing they put us up in a suit for the same price as the basic room! The shuttle was amazing and prompt, the food was delicious and as for anything to change, can’t think of one! Great customer service, beautiful building and comfy beds!

Staff was great. Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean and fresh towels were given daily, even without requesting them. When my keycard stopped working my second day into the trip staff was quick to fix and even gave me an extra keycard to be safe :)
