Comfort Suites Near Denver Downtown

The place was a good deal, but we had two e-bikes and a scooter stolen in the handicapped parking up front. Cut cables on the bike carrier.

Property was clean and smelled good. Pool was trashed on the first morning, but the cleaning crew had it looking great for the rest of our stay. Front desk staff on the evening we checked in and the morning after were unprofessional, seemed put out by every question. A lot of foreign-speaking people checked in at the same time and the front desk guy was impatient and arrogant. The next morning, the front desk lady was sarcastic in trying to help me understand that I needed to exchange all our towels to get enough for our party. Staff after that were friendly and professional. We got the 2QN suite for a family of 2 adults/2 teens. It was big and had a sofa bed. Sofa mattress is bad, so one kid comfortably slept on the couch. Air worked well, the fridge, microwave, full length mirror were useful. Lots of space for luggage and supplies out of the way. Bathroom was clean, but there is mold in the drains. You can smell it when running water and see it when you inspect. Not great, but there’s no daily housekeeping. No tub mats, so we bought a cheap one. Thick walls, bad windows. Outside gets loud. Was told there would be an omelet bar, but just powdered eggs, sausage, carbs and added sugar for breakfast. Close to attractions, easy to get to. Maybe not the best neighborhood with some transients. Didn’t feel unsafe, but didn’t linger in the parking lot. There’s an ice machine and laundry on every floor. One elevator runs at a time and can be slow. Might stay again for location alone.

Nice room. Easy to find location from highway. Staff were really nice.

Nice facilities, Pleasant and helpful staff.
