From the moment I walked in and Rachel greeted me, I felt welcome and rejuvenated. Due to delayed flights, I had been traveling for over 15 hours and I was exhausted. So, I really needed the warmth. The buffet breakfast was good, hot and well stocked. My only misstep was at the bar the bartender was not friendly and appeared to be overwhelmed. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and I would stay there again.
