We had a good, comfortable stay and a great experience. The hotel is in a great location , very close to the train station and other amenities. Good clean rooms , breakfast with big spread . What puts the experience at higher level is their front desk staff. Front desk staff is very polite , courteous and professionals with customer service mindset and attitude. They made sure we had all the relevant information , maps , addressed our questions with detailed information and friendly smiles.
Thank you NH firenze and staff for our great 3 night stay. Highly recommend.

I went on a trip with my mom and two small boys. This hotel was great for all of us to relax and unwind. We used the pool everyday we were there, we could walk to dinners, grocery store and beautiful sites. Their breakfast was amazing. The gym was clean and had everything I needed. All the staff were very nice and helpful. We'd definitely stay again!
