This hotel is better than I ever could have imagined. The service was phenomenal and started before we even arrived. They truly care and take amazing care of their guests. The hotel was spotless, the decor was amazing. I will stay here EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME to London. The food was also amazing. Major shout out to Maina for making our stay extremely special.

The room was clean and cosy. All the staff from the doorman, to the front desk to the bar staff were all super friendly and helpful. We would stay there again the next time we are in the city.
